Kia revises its top-selling Seltos - a solid middle-of-the-road compact SUV

Kia is aiming to maintain its successful run with the Seltos compact SUV as it takes on 15 competitors in the Canadian market, according to David Sherrard, the company’s director of strategic planning. The 2024 Seltos has had a facelift, technical upgrades, a new transmission and a new top trim line. Its emphasis is on appealing to urban and suburban singles and couples who are about to start a family, said Michael Kopke, Kia Canada’s director of marketing. The Seltos starts at $25,195 and is expected to sell 20,000 units a year.
