Breanna Stewart has set a franchise record after scoring 45 points in a game that saw the New York Liberty beat Indiana 90-73. The win also equalled a record for the Fever, who lost their 20th consecutive game, a feat previously achieved by the Tulsa Shock in 2011. New York added Stewart, Jonquel Jones and Courtney Vandersloot to their team in the offseason, and there are high expectations that the Liberty will do well this season.
